Like two years ago I always came to this site for awesome layouts for mee FreeWebs and stuff.
 So I thought I'd join for a change...I HAVE MADE SOME LAYOUTS MYSELF but not very appealing ones... ---Photoshop Installment Issues and Comp Frustration--- So I mainly use the ORIGINAL Paint program and another site to edit my background themes. (  Poor mE )Feedbacks are always welcome tho~  -Loo

GIMP takes a while to get used to since it's more complex than Paint. Take your time figuring it out though. Show us your work when you're ready. But you can also post unfinished work in the Showcase Booth to get feedback and ideas.
