There are things that make me paranoid. For example, I embrace the fact that I'm not normal but worry that at some point a certain person will notice and decide not to have anything to do with me anymore. xD

I think it's normal to an extent, though, sure. Depends on what it is that's causing you to freak out.

I don't think becoming paranoid is a disease but a disorder could possibly develop over time.

I'm paranoid about some things but it's so minor I don't think there's anything wrong
