Can someone be so kind as to tell me what size I need to make a big band banner for the top of my page.I know there are codes for it here but im not sure of the size and the place on a bands profile I add it.

Now can u point out to me where in that code do i add the image i want and will the image have to be resized or will its automatically happen.
