I had my coworker do some retention calls today. All she had to do was call people and tell them that they were past due on their payments. If there was no answer, then I asked her to fill out a post card to mail out. At the end of the day, I was putting stamps on all of the post cards when I realized "This bitch didn't f**king put the names or addresses on here!" OMFG. How am I supposed to MAIL them?

She's like 32, she just started working there a few months ago. She started off at 10 while I was getting 9 even though I have been there for so long. I was pissed because A) she's inexperienced and b) she's stupid. Also, I had to train her, and yet I was getting paid less.

Anyway, this bitch thinks she knows everything. One day, she told a client that his homeowner's policy didn't cover his personal property and that he should purchase renter's insurance.... SHE HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF INSURANCE, so how she thought she could go around telling people anything about anything is beyond me. LMAO. People who own a home do not rent and therefore do not need renter's insurance. Omg...

Here's something funny. She took her classes to get her insurance license. She has had WEEKS to study and takes the test next week. I am going to be laughing when she fails (well, laughing on the inside at least). And if see passes, then good for her, I guess.

Anyway, do you guys have difficult, stupid, obnoxious co-workers?

I used to work at the calling center for my school. This girl who usually sat in the cubicle next to me would constantly poke me every five minutes and talk to me even when I was on a call.

that annoyed me, lol.

OMG. This girl at my workplace always seems like she has mood swings. One time she'll be really nice, another she'll seem like she has a stick up her ass!

One day I got a jamba juice drink and i tend to get distracted when I'm working, but man she was bitching about me right next to me, to the hiring supervisor. I was so pissed, but the guy seemed like he didn't care cause he always knows I do my work.

The worst part is that she half-asses her job. She knows the answers to questions and all, but if a person has a call number for a book that they want, she tells them to go look up the author if it's a book on reserves (class holds). If it's not, she just says "no we don't have that." wtf, he wasn't even asking about a book on reserve, he was asking about a book that he wanted to check out. I friggen hate her attitude and when I work with her, I have to be extra careful and nice, otherwise she'll be bitchy to me again. If she's not going to help a patron and give them attitude, then she shouldn't be working in the first place. She even told an acquaintance of mine that I was "busy" because he wanted to check out a book, and I was going to scan the book for him, but she said no. WTF she's not the boss of me and it takes like 10 seconds to scan that book. Instead she gives that guy an attitude. AUGH.

AUGH.

Elba, I hope she fails because she's misinforming her customers, which could possible ruin your business. D:

Damn, Christina, you need to tell that bitch off! Haha. She sounds annoying as hell. You should be complaining about her to the supervisor, not her complaining about you.

Anyway, it is my boss's fault. My boss has her doing sales when she isn't licensed and has no background in insurance. I wouldn't mind if it didn't affect me, but one day, a customer came in telling me he wanted his discounts (She told him that he was going to get more discounts!) I had to explain to him that he already had all the possible discounts, blah blah blah. He was nice about it, but if that had been one of our BITCHY customers, I would have been getting yelled at and everything.

I only had two weeks to take 7 or 8 days of classes and one day devoted to studying and pass the exam. She has no excuse to not pass, but I'm telling her it's okay she'll do fine... but we're thinking she won't. lol

There are two people I work with if I work nights; one is a 26-year-old girl and another a 22-year-old guy.

The girl is THE BIGGEST drama queen. If you don't talk for 5 minutes you get a "are you mad at me?" or if you say "guess what?" it's a "did I do something?" AHHH

The guy just got hired about a month ago and is friends with my cousin who works in a different department, but I guess since he's my cousin's friend, I have to be nice.

Now, they're both ok, but they are the most immature people! They're at each other's throats every single time I work with them. Last night I called them both out and asked why I had to be the most mature person, and yet the youngest. Our job is a cookie cutter job; very easy. They both work ok, it's just ridiculous that the disappear for 20 minutes randomly and I'm the only one left to man the counter.

Fuck it, I hate them both.

My ex-coworkers made a shitload of rumors up all the time about how so-and-so was sleeping with the manager and blahblahblah. Most of them just lacked common sense.

Omg, yes. I have some awful coworkers.

We have oncall shifts for people if someone calls in sick, and if you call and are told to come in, you have to, its your job.

Well, this girl (Jaclyn) was reaaally sick and so the oncall girl (Robyn) who's really dumb, slow, and doesn't do jack shit called and then my asst. manager told her to come in. She said, "oh, I'm not feeling well either. I have a headache." First of all, a headache is not a good enough reason to not go in. But anyways, my manager says thats not a good enough reason and then Robyn goes on and says, "Oh I need to talk to Nicky (our head manager) because I don't want to work both weekend days anymore (it was a Sunday)." So she pretty much changed her story and my asst. got pissed and she wouldn't come in so we were short people and she got in shit. I hope she quits or gets fired soon cause she does NOTHING. Drives me f**king crazy.

Wow Elba, that sucks sad.gif

I get on really well with the folks from work; it's sort of a necessity as we're working closely together and any office politics or gossip does more harm than good.

I <3 my job now and everyone is awesome. But i did work in a call center before this; and i swear to you everyone thought they were on american idol or something because they would not stop singing. We would be making our calls and people would be like "are you guys having a party?" and they were sooo imature. I was pregnant at the time i worked there so i was even more irritated at the time.

I don't have annoying co-workers, but since we're a team based job people get into friendly competition every now and then. We usually do fun shit around the office, like contests and stuff. or online in ibeatyou.com.

i love my job, but i dislike (with a passion) one of my co-workers... she's a bit on the older side and is the single most ignorant and annoying woman i have ever met. On top of that her even more ignorant and annoying husband (who does not work for the company) comes in to work with her from time to time. I try to ignore them, but it's real hard when you work in a small office with open doors everywhere... other than that i love my co-workers and my boss. they're all really cool people.

I don't have a problem with my co-workers... really. Well, not the ones are work under the same company/employer. I'm a hired literacy tutor for a Pre-K/K/1st grade school and I work with only one other tutor once a week.

It's the teachers I work for that I kinda have a problem with, mainly the teachers for my Pre-K/K class. They are the nicest people but I don't approve of their teaching style.

I have this one kid who is incredibly hyper and does things that are just plain wrong. He threw a huge chunk of Lego blocks at another kids face. He'll scream and throw things on the floor. He's hit me one or two times. Refuses to do work properly. And at the end of all this, he goes into a crying fit and screams, "BUT I'M TIRED!" and the teacher would just let him nap. Their nap time is at 12:45. I've seen him pass out at about 10:30 before.

There is this other girl who runs around and screams and just doesn't listen in general. She would hide in the art room connected to the main classroom. I ignore her and that eventually drags her out. But then she runs outside. The teacher would go fetch her and come back later with the girl in her arms. The girl is being mothered and snuggling up to the teacher. She's happy and she gets what she wants.

I haven't seen any improvement with these two kids. The one girl I think that has made amazing strides (she has speech problems and behavior problems) gets pushed to the back burner. I can see that sometimes she misbehaves just so she can get attention like the other two kids.

!@#$%^&*()_

She passed her test. I would actually be happy if I didn't think that my boss would raise her pay HIGHER than mine AGAIN even though I am much more knowledgeable than her in EVERYTHING at the office. UGH

you should congratulate her by taking her out to dinner, and then you can sneak poisons into her food.

*it's cheaper than actually hiring someone.
