Ok, animal paks. I have just started working out today for the first time in 10 months. Doing a few sets of pushups and crunches and what not. I plan on getting back into the gym by june, unless my mom decides to buy me a gym to put in the garage. With that being said, I put myself on a diet, and it is going OK. I still do have cravings and what not, but it is very hard to not crack. I used to be a beast, but now I am not anymore. I wanna look like tama no homo. Well, that is what I used to look like in a way, but hey things happen. Any help or suggestions or what not. I already know the whole eat 6 - 8 meals a day thing and what not.

Animal Pak: they've expanded their line, but the original products are essentially expensive multivitamins. However, their website rules and I buy shirts and crap from them just to support their policy. My avatar is actually from a picture in their "Journey" collage.
Until you get access to a gym, do this. Finally, zig-zagging should be more bearable for someone your size. You do need an appropriate amount of calories to prevent muscle catabolism. Oh, and if you want credentials, the frail-looking professor at the top of that article set a powerlifting record when he squatted 1,014 pounds. |
