Christina-- only the keyboard is black lol, and it's a Dell. Yes sorry, I don't have a MACBOOK. I get my laptops for freeeeee. And ): I already cleared my cache/cookies when the problem first appeared, but it didn't work. And the problem keeps reappearing...like now for instance. |

You can go into your preferences, and under Privacy where it says "Private Data" click "Settings" and make sure "Authenticated Sessions" is checked, along with the obvious, "cookies" and "cache".
