let say you walking in this building and you see this guy working.. you can't help but keep looking at him cuz you think hes your type!!

but later you find out hes younger than you but hes very caring and mature.

NOW.. my question is this...

1.would you girls go for a guy whos younger than you but caring and mature but aint got that much in his pocket but he got a pretty face.. educated and got goal...?

2.or would you go after a guy who got the $ but aint a pretty face and a dumb@ss...?

remember you just see this guy at work just once... but then later you started seeing him more n try to talk to him to see what hes like... and you find out about him that he's NUMBER 1 and not NUMBER 2 how you feel about this girls..? would you still go after him?

that's really hard. i've never been attracted to guys younger than me. actually, i've never been attracted to even guys a couple months older than me, i need someone older than that. but i guess if one day i do meet someone like option 1, i would consider going out with them. i have standards that are way too high...even for myself, so #2 would not even be an option.

the only reason most girls go for the older type is because they want guys like #1 minus the younger age. girls usually look for maturity, $$$, brains, etc etc in older guys because those qualities usually come with age. if the guy is younger than I am but has all those qualities, why not? age still is just a number that ultimately doesn't mean anything if the guy has every single quality I'm looking for, unless of course the guy is just ridiculously too old or too young.

I definitely wouldn't choose #2, but I've never dated anyone younger than me or liked anyone younger than me; I'd rather just wait until I found a guy older than me that possessed the qualities I wanted...but based on the question at hand option 1 would be considered

#1, but that's not to say I'm not above being embarrassed of dating a younger guy or whatever.

Seems more girls would want to date #1 instead over #2. Interesting

Well yeah, why would I want to date someone who's not smart or attractive? I'm not that broke.

yeah, financial stability is secondary to someone's innate characteristics. someone's financial situation can be changed through hard work, a job, education, etc. as for someone's temperament? you'd have better luck with trying to move a mountain

i'm not a materialistic person, i'm actually very independent when it comes to money. i like having my own and i don't need a guy to flaunt his in my face, so of course i would choose the first one. BUT i don't date younger guys (more than a year younger)... it's just not in me... but if i had to choose i'd go for the younger guy, just because it seems like the better choice in personality and character (which to me are more important than money).

I would choose #1. Age isn't an issue for me -- so what if he's younger than me? As long as it isn't by like, 10 years or so, I'm fine with it. Money isn't an issue for me either, so I wouldn't go after a guy just because he's rollin' big. If he doesn't have intellect, that's a big red x through his face yo.

It depended on the age difference for me.
I think the reason I don't go for younger guys is because I feel like I'll have to baby them some way or another, I'm not there for a motherly relationship. I need a guy who's stable and know what they want with morals behind it.

I mean, I'm not saying all guys are like that, but the ones that I have met come off to be like that. I wouldn't mind giving them a chance if they do seem really cool and mature.

personally i wouldn't go with either of them. i wouldn't go with #1 because he's underage and you can never tell what can happen.

i wouldn't go with #2 because he's a dumbass. don't need more drama in my life then what i already have.

Okay, I'm not 18 but you already know that people are gonna post in here anyway. whistling.gif

Who in their right minds would pick the second one? Its probably different for me but I like younger people. >_>; I can't date older people because I just see them as my older sibling so I have no problem picking number 1.

im really skeptical about younger guys because alot of the time theyre not "mature", but in this case being that you strssed the fact that he was mature and broke i guess id have to go with the younger guy if the older one is a dumbass.
