Div help please Options

I hope someone can help me as this is driving me crazy. If you have a look at this http://www.myspace.com/betterforyourhead

I wanted to use a Flash banner at the top and the only way I could do this was to place it in a div also further down the You Tube clip are placed in divs but now when you re size your browser window everything seems to move apart from the bg is there anyway to keep everything together for the diffrent screen sizes?
