alright so I was reading through the feedback and it seems like there are more complaints then compliments and to tell the truth I think thats a little messed up because the staff is working really hard to satisfy all of us, like the new podcast idea, Mods have lives too and they wouldnt be wasting their time thinking about the CB community, if they truly didnt care, so many peopl complain about how mods arent working hard enough or how mods are stupid or this forum or topic is stupis etc... but I just want to take the time to thank all the mods are working so hard not only on the forums but also in the design submissions part too. So if you would like to say thanks to the mods then you should post here

P.s, If you dont post here then that explains why you come on Cb EVERYDAY

I'll be the first to say, and not mean it offensively, that you're going to get your ass jumped for saying this. We've been down this road MANY times.

i think that the feedback forum is a place to open up new suggestions to make cb better, so alot of the topics arent going to be about how great cb and its mods are simply because most of the people want change and disagree with something about the forums or the way that they are being modded.

yup, I understand but I thought maybe posting this would hopefully encourage the Mods because to tell the truth many of them are busy getting bashed or standing up for others and I just have respect for their tolerance on this site :]

no, they make mistakes, I never said they didnt, but they can tolerate more then half of all members, Im sorry if I offended you because I just want this thread to be about recognizing each others achievements not debating whose right or wrong because everyones right but if you would like your opinions expressed elsewhere then you could open up your own thread thumbsup.gif

if you have a problem with people's opinions then you shouldn't be posting.

it was a joke anyway. if i think your thread is stupid i have a right to express my opinion in the non-bashingest way possible. anyway, i'll let you get back to your little fairy world.

okay well for the sake of this thread i'd like to thank all of the regular members who come up with interesting ideas to make cb better, as well as submitting a majority of layouts, plus graphics, AND tutorials which is what makes cb so great 2 me <3. they may say you're dramatic, they may say you're not thankful for the moderation you receive here, but DAMN you make it interesting!

uh...if you wanted to talk about how "great" the mods are, you could have done so in mod perf. why make a separate topic for it?

I don't see anything wrong with positive feedback and it's always nice to hear it. I do understand where the responses are coming from though(regarding why there are complaints moreso than anything else in Feedback).

Essentially, we have a Moderator Feedback thread where most people post both their positive and negative feedback. Typically people use the general Feedback forum to express ideas and criticism about the site overall. Sometimes that overlaps with moderator feedback, but that's fine. If something requires a discussion (as opposed to a simple one line/paragraph brief criticism in the moderator feedback thread) than I'd much rather see it here than in the Moderator Feedback thread. The reason for that is because sometimes when discussing certain items, some thoughts and ideas spawn from it and that isn't a bad thing at all. It can also be pretty specific whereas the Mod Feedback thread is typically more general.

I know it seems like you might be getting ganged up on a bit, but honestly, that's just how people are here. I don't agree with the sentiment that negative feedback is easier than positive feedback, but I certainly can't argue that typically that is what happens.

At any rate, thank you, on behalf of the staff for posting your nice words. It is definitely true though that a lot of the ideas and positive things that happen with cB have a direct correlation with the members, who give the staff members the ideas and momentum to keep going.

Of course, in the time it took me to respond (I'm long winded, much to the chagrin of a few people here) someone has pointed the Mod Feedback thread to you.

I will go ahead, close this and move to resolved (since in Mod Feedback you said to go ahead and do so).
