Ahh, Hookah<33. I'm from New Jersey too, actually, and if you ever are around New Brunswick, no lie right by Rutgers, there is this awesome Hookah place called Kairo Kafe. Every Friday and Saturday night there is this girl who belly dances (I usually am there for her 10:30 show) but she is really nice and she will get people to go up and dance with her. It's a lot of fun and it's decently humerous when she gets guys to come up and belly dance with her.

But nonetheless, I'd reccomend it. 10 bucks per hookah, up to 3 flavors mixed. Also, it's an Eastern Mediterranean resturant so you can eat there, or just do hookah. But if you do Hookah, everyone just has to purchase a drink (i.e. soda, tea, bottled water, etc).

just go to any random ass ones, but you gotta scope it out. make sure they use Starbuzz Tobacco, no more than 3 people per head, and only one hose per hookah

Aren't many of them located in Los Angeles? Last one I been to was located in Downey, California. But some hippie owned it and he was tryin to sell us some bud under the table.

Then I guess they're really not legitimate. A friend of mine told me when he visited a Hookah Bar in India it was straight up funk ass weed.

I thought legitimate Hookah Bars were able to sell marijuana as long as it is all smoked (lol yeah right) in doors, the owner has to have a permit for it.

Marijuana is illegal in all fifty states, so no legitimate hookah bar has marijuana - it's mostly flavored tobacco or some other types of herbal shit.

True what Tama said. I know for sure in California, Marijuana is legal, but only for medical purposes and use. And I think there are some small states that are legal to like Colorado I believe?

But Marijuana I think is illegal on the federal level, but when it comes to the State level, it's a bit complicated. I'm not really sure, but yeah.

Yes Colorado is legalized.
The problem why they dont' want to legalize it is because they can't monopolize on it. Anyone can grow it at any given time, outdoors, indoors, in humidity, in the winter... lol there's no control over it.

So while they're legalizing it, they're also making sure there's no sells/distribution goin on.

They should just legalize "harvesting" and keep distribution illegal. It would make things a lot easier -.-
