fotobook, forbidden? Options

okay so I downloaded the plugin for fotobook on wordpress http://www.aaronharp.com/dev/wp-fotobook/
and I installed it, now after I activated it, I went to the fotobook options and they gave a parse error for fotobook.php so I CHOMODDED it to 777 and everything is fine, but when I go into fotobook mangement I get a
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /blog/wp-content/plugins/fotobook/manage-fotobook.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

So I chomodded this file also to 777 but I keep getting it,
I went to the support page but no only one person seem to have that problem but it was only the parse problem,

now I would post on the support page for the fotobook, but Im to impatient and Im hoping createblog users would have an answer:]
