All the time. It's how I view new posts, new messages, search etc. I actually find it quite useful.

useless feature that was implemented. what's the point of it, when the view new posts is right next to it, and search bar is just down a bit from it.

I use it. I like the view new posts feature on it. :)
I also like the normal "view new posts" link, though. |

Actually used it a little while ago today in order to lookup my old account for some reason to find out all of my old usernames.
Used to use it pretty often when I was really active and had a lot of friends on staff so that I could PM them quickly. |
