Or are you talking about Apocalypse Now? I'm talking about Apocalypse Now. And, concerning Full Metal Jacket and A Clockwork Orange: A large portion of Kubrick's filmography is comprised of very thoughtful and affective adaptations (Lolita, The Shining, Dr. Strangelove, etc. etc.) |

just watched the movie version of love in the time of cholera and i don't think i liked it that much. true, the director did a good job considering how much detail and in-depth marquez was in the book, but i think some parts were kind of changed to make it hollywood-ish.
but i was surprised and pleased with the actors that were in it~javier bardem, benjamin bratt, and john leguizamo edit//k, i haven't read pride and prejudice yet, but i finally watched the whole movie and it's seriously one of my favorites now.
