Everyone's told me that...it's my last choice, trust; because I love being close to the city

That's good. I wouldn't recommend West Georgia either. I'm ambivalent on Kennesaw. UGA sucks in a lot of ways, but it's the best academically.

I think UGA's the best also, Kennesaw was my 2nd choice; I really want to attend school out of state in Virginia or North Carolina, but I'm just gonna do that for grad school because I don't want to be pushed back because of everyone's different requirements.

Yeah, I'd love to go out of state. I wish it were more practical.

I go to a community college up north. I originally planned on going to UCSD but I didn't get accepted, so I'm going to try and transfer in there.

Expect that to be really weird when you get to school. Maybe it'll be different where people don't go to school with a bunch of their high school friends, but here a lot of us have found that we have all these arbitrary facebook friends from over the summer we don't actually know, and it's kind of awkward when you see each other on campus, or actually meet each other, then find out you were already facebook friends....I've had numerous weird situations, so just be prepared _smile.gif

In the U.S. the better the education offered, the more expensive it is for that education =\

Cambridge is a great school.

That isn't true. There are some public schools that are better than private schools, but they're still going to cost less. And Cambridge isn't in the US.

Well if they're not willing to go out of the country for a great education then... Stanford is a great school as well, but located in America.

I agree...UGA for example is a great school education wise & has a good rep but it's not expensive...like how some people go to Emory for school & they pay close to 50,000 a yr when they could attend a state school & it'll be 50,000 for their whole college career...to me it's kinda stupid to pay an arm and a leg for practically the same education you could get from a State school, but to each his own...I guess it's similar to clothes, people will spend hundreds of dollars for an outfit when they can get the same outfit that doesn't have someone elses name all over it, made with the same material as the designer's label & will be visibly worn within the same length of time as the designer's label just for the name, not quality.

Idk, I realize that your undergrad doesn't really matter all that much, but it's still something impressive to put on your resume.
