band layout problem, centering issues. Options

i have a band layout i'm working on...

and the comments keeping moving to the center.
i've added codes to shrink it but they don't work.

also, does anyone know how to remove the red border around the myspace music links, or remove them all together without removing the regular navigation?

you have to manually search through your codes, find that section that MissHygienic pointed out, and delete it. simple as that :).
