I get discharge everyday, too. I get so paranoid about the smell all the time. I wish I had known about panty liners way earlier in the future -- I would far prefer using them than put up with this. ]:

Eating yogurt helps with yeast infections, that much I know. Don't know about discharges though.
Washing regularly with soap helps with the smell. |
