I like it, but I think you should do more with it. I think you could do more with it. The one thing that bothers me is that paint splatter? at the bottom.

It looks too dull. I can see how you were trying to get that overall faded effect, but try to make some of the things stand out more. The image of the guy looks high quality, so that's good, but yeah.

"Cafeta" is a tight font.

write something about the person in a faded, cool font. It looks like he's an athelete, maybe put something about his team.. or whatever he does.

You're doing the same thing as you've done with all of your other banners: drowning images out. Play with blending modes on the colored layers you apply on top of the subject. Try, "Lighten" or "Soft Light." Anything that looks good.
There's this weird dark glow around him, which makes me think that you didn't cut his figure out very well. I don't like it at all, and something should be done. Lastly, a graphic should make sense. What is in the background? I have no idea. Your wallpaper has no concept whatsoever, other than just being a weird maroon wallpaper with lines and a person who's off-center. |

Try, "Lighten" or "Soft Light." Anything that looks good. Pretty much my thoughts - this falls into the same category as the rest of your banners did. The colors all just kind of blend together and nothing sticks out. The subject seems washed out. So yeah, I have the same comments now as before, I think. Just keep playing with layer styles and colors, you'll figure it out eventually. |
