I personally think that it has turned into emo central. With the exception of a few people here and there, everybody else is making this their lives. Get over yourself por favor. By the by I happen to love CB!

It's not appropriate to do so. I'm making a conscious effort to cut back on the side conversations in threads. I've been doing it a lot lately. If you have anything to say, just send me a PM, or get on AIM.

What, w/ the verbal warning? I don't think so. I don't think BrandonSaunders1 likes us very much :( I don't know why, I just get the hunch. But seriously, I'm going to be devastated if I get in trouble on my life, cB.

Side conversations are way more fun. That way, more people can get drawn in, and it can attract attention, and be as dramatic as possible. That's the point of cB, right? Drama? lololololololol mellow.gif

I don't know you two. I don't dislike you. I don't even talk to you. We know nothing about each other. Why would I get all pissy and hateful over that?

Reason for edit: The VW was a joke. Sarcasm.

Who's hating? Who's pissed? Not I. I sure hope you're not (not really, it's funny when people like Trish get mad).

I'm good, mang. Even in the height of this cB e-drama, it doesn't bother me. This forum isn't my life.

Too bad your so-called nonchalance and indifference is not contagious through verbal sex. *sigh*

CB seems pretty much the same to me, except for the mods-which is always something that is up for debate here.

the cliques don't bother me much, just because i've been able to avoid them. I do admit sometimes they take over the forum with a bunch of nonsense

Cliques don't bother me much as well. I've only been in CBC once (and that was a long time ago), so I don't really know any member too intimately. There are a few who I have chatted with and have developed what I consider the closest thing to friendship I have with people (from this forum).

I think with my age and the lack of time I have to spend chatting, I don't fit in with any clique. I'm totally cool with that though. I like being able to casually chat/pm/respond to different people that are in different circles of friends.

cB goes through "dramatic" cycles. I've seen it happen many times, with different players. I find humor in most of it, to be honest. I can't fathom taking anything too seriously that is the result of some type of e-feud. Some people just need to chill, some people need to stop intentionally aggravating people and some people need to mind their own business. Having said that, I still wouldn't take any of it too seriously. It's all bits and bytes really.

I think that staff members do the best they can, with some days and some periods of times being easier than others. At least that is my current take on things, staff-wise.

I don't think CreateBlog's environment is dramatic in any way whatsoever. Unless it's trendy and all sorts of cool now to call CreateBlog "dramatic" now as opposed to the good, old days that half of us never saw in 2004/2005. Yeah, pretty sick of that line. A handful of members are dramatic, but cB's environment isn't. Just because two people have issues with each other and choose to bring it to CreateBlog is their own problem.

The members who are clearly resistant to change irritate and frustrate me. Not every cool and awesome member is going to stick around for the rest of their lives on CreateBlog. If you miss someone, take it to other forms of communication, not a shout-out on a forum that they never check. Likewise, the system, guidelines, and rules will always be changing. Changes will bring problems and concerns. Deal with it.

Anyway, I think staff is doing just fine. They should have more credit than they deserve, honestly. If a rule is not reinforced, there will always be someone who will bring it up, and then the issue gets resolved.

There are honestly times when I hate createblog, and there are equally as many times when I love it here. That's what keeps me around, and it's why I love this place enough to remain a staff member.

I hate to say it's only a few people who really keep me sane around here sometimes, though. :D

Anyways, I think that member wise of createBlog, their are a few who are a bit "annoying" at times, but most of the times, they're very entertaining and they're what makes cB, cB. Without them, it wouldn't exist. Admin wise, I think they're all doing great (*cough* Rebecca). Staff wise, I think everyone on staff are pretty active (most of them) and they know how to enforce rules when needed. There are a few who I would like to have more active though. Overall, createBlog is doing okay.

When are members not superficial?

Yea overall staff's doing pretty well.

MissHygienic - Oh I'm just reminiscing about 2004/2005. No many people currently know much about it, so it's not really a big deal for people from that time to bring it up. Plus, even those who do tend to forget about it, We had our share of drama, trust me. wink.gif
