I cannot believe what happened tonight. I'm still in disbelief.

I went to MSTRKRFT's concert at Rich's in Houston with no expectations. I've never been to a club before, so we showed up ridiculously and somewhat embarassingly early (9PM). We sat around forever, waiting for MSTRKRFT to show up. We walked around, learned that anyone / everyone will take your seats if you leave. And we watched two guys dance by themselves on the dance floor. Soon, more and more people starting getting in as the opening band started.

Before MSTRKRFT started, I was just being my silly self, dancing like crazy on the dance floor to the opening band (I forgot their name, it's something like A Riots) LA Riots, I was asked by the manager to dance on stage. It was surprising to me, because I wasn't wearing a short skirt and heels (I wore my AA swimsuit, gold jeans, and black converses). So I went up there at it, and it was a lot of fun. MSTRKRFT came on, and I pretty much danced the entire night on stage, right next to them. During the show, the manager told (yelled to) me that someone from MSTRKRFT wanted to meet me. I was like "o_0 okay..." I didn't really know why, so I just kept dancing on stage. No one showed up, so I was like "I guess nevermind XD" but after the show, Al-C from MSTRKRFT came up to me and told me he had seen me dancing the whole night and asked if I wanted to get drinks with him after the show. I was like "I can't... I'm 18." And he couldn't hear me, so he said "Is it illegal or you just get too drunk?" "It's illegal." "Oh, it's okay! Don't worry about it." "But I have to drive my friends home..." And he offered me his drink one more time, but I said no and goodbye. The guy from the opening band came up to me and hugged me good-bye. On my way out, some other guy working there told me "I give you mad props. I've been watching you the whole night, and you are fine! What are you doing later tonight?" I said "I gotta drive my friends home" and my friends dragged me out of the club.

Long story short: I GOT ASKED OUT BY THE BAND :O It was the craziest f**king thing EVER.

The one who asked me wasn't the cute one D: the guy from LA Riots was super hot, but he kept making out with like eight different girls XD I avoided eye contact with him.

Nope. I don't drink, and I'm pretty sure that would have been a VERY uncomfortable situation for me. O_o

I know! D: But we thought they weren't allowed, so we didn't even bother. :C But there were like a million camera flashes from the crowd, so I guess there has to be pics up somewhere in the world.

Yeah, it was a concert at a club. O_o I guess I've never really experienced "real" clubbing, since there was a performance. XD

Some clubs are 18+. They usually just distinguish with wristbands or stamps.

Is your self esteem really that low?

Yes. That's exactly why, Nicki. It couldn't at all be because my friends drag me there and it's the only thing about clubbing that is mildly entertaining to me anymore. How about you go swan dive off a cliff?

Overreact much? Did I hit a nerve? I'm so sorry, I didn't know your self esteem was such a touchy subject.

Nah, I think I estimated my reaction perfectly in regards to your bullshit post.

edit://
Thanks for editing. No you did not "hit a nerve." I just have no idea where that even came from and it was completely uncalled for.

Hahahahahaha. How typical. "It's just the internet!" If it's just the internet why did you feel the need to start shit in the first place? Is YOUR self esteem really that low?

Trish isn't the type to just attack someone for no reason. If some bullshit ensues, it's because she was provoked. This is a perfect example. If you had never made such a slick comment, she would not have snapped back at you. Can you blame her? How would you react if someone blatantly insulted you?

In response to that particular comment, I'd probably just have said "no" and moved on. But I'm glad that you're here to defend her, as her twin is gone and all.

Oh, no offense to you, Brandon. I like you.
