I know that I can't be the only one who listens to techno/trance/house etc.
I used to love techno music back in 8th-9th grade. And then I stopped for the next couple of years. Recently I've started again and have completely fallen in love with French House music. i.e. Alizee, Dimitri, Etienne de Cracy and the likes. So, lets share who we listen to, songs, whatever. I need new artists damnit! |

I like trance with singers. :3 I don't listen to as much of this music as I used to, but I've always loved Tiesto.

This title is awful. It's called EDM (electronic dance music). Simple, clear, and accurate.
Further, techno is boring as shit (rarely acceptable) but trance is pure shit (only acceptable in the cases of really drone-esk dark trance). Drum and bass is essentially the only thing worth listening to (IDM is cool, maybe some hardstyle, and house is actually pretty rad). But, seriously: Evol Intent. P.S. Tiesto is like the worst thing in the f**king world. |

I like Tiesto. He is probably the most despised and hated DJ in all of the EDM and "rave" (dead word) community, only rivaled by Paul Oakenfold. He's unimaginative, boring as f**k, and plays awful, god damned hellishly, bad tracks. http://www.ishkur.com/ Check out the Guide to Electronic Music (it's very impressive, full of samples, vivid and opinionated descriptions, and valuable information). Seriously, learn yo ass somethin' EDIT: The "Guide to Electronic Music: can be found here: http://techno.org/electronic-music-guide/ Ishkur is a jackass and doesn't link to the old version via his site. So, all you get there is a teaser for v.3. |

Some Evol Intent tracks:
B side - "Corrupt Cops [RMX]" "Flipside" and "Street Knowledge" Two of my favorite remixes: Listen to both, but "Galvanize" is better. Oh, god, I haven't been tapped into the EDM scene in so long, Shy FX: A side - "Original Nuttah" Listen to "On the Run" and "Everyday." |
