This has to have been the HARDEST retouch I've done. ):
The chin bugs me still. But I tried. :/

You are amazing at retouches!
That just made her look 30 something rather than 50, or whatever age she currently is. Good job thumbsup.gif

Screw what you think about the chin, I think it looks great! Even if you think it looks ugly, it looks great despite what you think. ;). Your retouches are absolutely lovely to look at, and they never go over the top in which they start looking fake. I love that she looks about 10-20 years younger than her recent age. (She looks about 40-50?) I also love the brown eyed look on her, to me, it looks much better than her other eye color. Good thinking on making her teeth less yellow and removing most of the wrinkles and lines on her face. The hair also looks much better. Good job Cassie. :). Your retouching skills are flawless.

You did a good job of allowing the skin to still have texture. And wow, the jaw. I couldn't have ever done that. :P

Great job at pushing back her age. thumbsup.gif I would say you took off more than a decade from her. Hmm, there's something about the eyes that hints a little bit of her age still. I'm not sure if it's the tiny wrinkles over that right eye that you left on, but it still looks really good.

The chin looks amazing without all those wrinkles. I think I know why the chin may still look a little odd and why it still bugs you. It wouldn't hurt to try this, but see if pulling up the saggy areas (rofl) on the sides of her face can help better restore her youth.

Try using the lasso tool to select the red areas, then maybe feather it a bit, then pull it up naturally with the warp tool.

Awesome job with the retouch, though. I can see why it was your hardest, but it was worth it! XD.gif

This is really good.

My two suggestions would be to add the light spots back onto her face, and maybe use someone else's chin as a guide when re-shaping it.

Her skin's kinda patchy too, but that was there in the original.

Great job! Your retouches are soooooo good!

Considering her age, I would have left a bit more texture around the eyes. She's smiling so much that she should have significant wrinkles around the outer eye. I would have evened out her eyebrows and chin. The wrinkle removal is excellent. You removed the shine but the areas on her face where the light hit them before added depth and you removed most of them so her face looks a bit flat. Her skin looks a bit patchy especially around the chin, mouth and cheek. Her hair had a greenish hue before, you made a nice adjustment there, it's warm without being brassy. I also like how you modified the coloring of her jacket. You made the purple more pink in some areas. A nice touch. I prefer her eye color before but I like the eye makeup you enhanced.
