I honestly dont think, at times, that individual performance is really that much of a big deal (in terms of attitude, and the way we deal with members and situations). Everyone has their own styles and personalities. I think it's how we work as a team that defines us. Yes I realize I can be overly aggressive and curt at times but I almost never make any lone decisions. I always make sure I'm discussing my decisions with Rebecca and/or Toya. I don't think I have made any moves that Rebecca and Toya haven't supported themselves, and If I ever have I was always quick to rectify it, or at least open to discussion about it, and I always go with the majority vote. If I happen to be rude, I don't think it has anything to do with my performance as an admin.

Not trying add any more fuel to the fire but, technically being rude is a quality, hence affects your performance.

It all depends on how you look at it. An Administrator has no obligation to kiss members' asses since there is more of a technical aspect involved with the job. Take the forum reorganization as an example; what did being rude have to do with that?

Just dropping my two pennies, as well.

When it comes to actually making decisions we do it together. I know that may not appear to you guys because we don't talk publicly about every decision that needs to be made, and it happens. Right now I honestly can't think of a time when a decision was made by a single admin or two out of the three.

Everyone has their own styles of modding. Rudeness may affect how people think of us, but that has nothing to do with how well anyone on staff does their job. As long as the job's being done, I don't see what the problem is or what it could be. If you can't stand someone's style then ignore it, as long as they're doing their job properly there is no reason to complain.

don't think trish is making all the decisions around here, because the fact of the matter is that i am. i run this place and trish and rebecca report to me. i try to get toya to but she is uncooperative like that.
