I HONESTLY HAVE NO CLUE WHERE THIS SHOULD GO.
so I just stuck it here. maybe Designers' Cafe? have you ever designed a shirt for somebody or some sort of group? i've been put to designing choir shirts, obviously for my school's amazing choir, which i'm part of. ANYWAYS. did you have something to go off of or did you just do it without anything? the only thing i have is the fact that it's choir and our mascot is eagles, but i'm not going to encorporate the eagles... so, my question, HOW THE HECK DID YOU DO IT?! i have NOTHING to go off of, 'cept a few quotes. i need original inspiration/ideas...anything is appreciated. |

Moved to Fashion. If anyone has any objections to where this should be placed, feel free to send me a PM.

you can always do "insults" like "if you cant sing... join band"
(which im not exactly a fan of... and im a band person xD) or draw your choir's name "eagles choir 2007-2008" or something like that in a really pretty font. and/or come up with smart things that only choir people would understand. like "mirrors are our friends" with a picture of choir people singing at mirrors. |

Well, I've just made the sketches for them and taken them in to get them done. There have been a few times that I've done it myself. As for quotes, I really can't help you there.

crap, i didn't mean to let this thread die.
i would do the mirrors thing, i actually thought of that, but not every choir room has mirrors. especially around here. i think i'm set for the quotes and front of the shirt, but what about the back? i don't want it to be blank, so maybe names? but how should i go about doing this? |

When i was a junior/senior in high school, i don`t know if you do this in co-ed high schools because i went to an all girls school, but we had those days where we didn`t do anything except play games and things like that and we bragged that we were juniors, seniors, etc. So my friends and i made shirts for the assembly. We basically stenciled letters to spell out class of 2007! and i think my friend used some type of spray paint to spray it on. I could ask her if you want. But they came out really well. I still have mine. I was the "L".
