I very, very glad that you wrote this guide. I, and I'm sure a lot of other people, appreciate it very much. I used to compete in triathlons and at the end of last summer, I missed my period. I started freaking out but it turned out I wasn't pregnant. Then, last fall, I missed it again and I was so sure I wasn't pregnant and it turned out I was! In March I gave birth to a baby girl three months premature and she died after nine days. That experience is one of the hardest things I've ever gone through. You seem like such a great mom and I admire the fact that you are willing to educate other girls who might be in the same situation that you and I were in one day. Thanks again!

these are really good tips. cuz i kno teens are less likely to ask an adult or look it up online when they are stressing about it. & i always feel bad for the mom's who lose their babies, it's so sad.

so ladies stay protected, get tested, & make sure that the time is right

I don't think that anyone is pregnant necessarily. This is a guide to help people understand potential indicators (or lack of) of pregnancy. It was created by someone who has had experience in the subject.

I've obviously had experience as well, considering that I have an 8 year old.

I wonder why this isn't pinned. blink.gif I'll put a link in the Health Directory, if it isn't in there already. I found this very helpful! Thank you, Felicia.
