I didn't get a McSkillet either sad.gif

We had a debate in class yesterday. The topic: Is cheesecake a pie or a cake? I say pie.

this would be like the 87th i've posted about mcgriddles in the history of this club...
i love mcgriddles.

anyway. today i went to chipotle for the FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE. does anyone else get really scared when they go into restaraunts for the first time? especially where you order yourself, like in chipotle. i had no idea HOW to order. but i got throughokay. i had a chicken burrito. mmm. it was not that bad.

AND THEN, WITH IT, I HAD A GRAPEFRUIT IZZE. throb.gif

cheesecake is SO a pie. it doesn't have icing! it's just like starfish. they aren't REALLY fish because they don't have gills, but we call them fish anyway.

I think it is a pie of the custard family.

pie [pahy]
noun 1. a baked food having a filling of fruit, meat, pudding, etc., prepared in a pastry-lined pan or dish and often topped with a pastry crust: apple pie; meat pie.
2. a layer cake with a filling of custard, cream jelly, or the like: chocolate cream pie.

Either way, calling it "cheesepie" wouldn't sound as good as "cheesecake." laugh.gif

Haha, good analogy. The topic came up in Calculus. We're celebrating Pi Day (March 14... 3/14! GET IT?! lol) and everyone's going to bring in some pie. _smile.gif

Ooh, I'm so going to make pie on Pi Day. And you're right, cheesepie does sound just as appetizing.

Does anyone besides me have trouble melting cheese in the mivrowave? Like block cheese? because I basically just petrified some velveeta.

Michelle, no it doesn't. >:( Haha.

One of my old classmates' birthdays is on Pi Day.

When I want to melt cheese in a sandwich, I always slice the cheese up and it melts just fine. Block cheese is too thick, Austin!

That pie sounds... busy. Like there's too much going on with it. I'd still try it though.

I like apple pie. I think I'm going to (attempt to) make one.

Today, we turned in our cell projects. And like three people's cells were edible, and I had like, a vacuole and a nucleus and a Golgi Apparatus. It was awesome.

When I went snowboarding, I saw these cute little cheesecake squares! throb.gif There was whipped cream on top, and then a layer of jello, and then cheesecake on the bottom. It was so delicious and yummy. It was like my mouth was in heaven. My tongue's taste buds were dancing too. :). It was at Reno's buffet restaurant, so if you guys ever go there, remember to go to the dessert section and get yourself one. shifty.gif I also ate about 2 bowls of chili (omg omg so good!), and some other shit that I don't remember.

This club needs some more life in it. sad.gif P.S: I HATE MCSKILLETS. PANCAKES, YUM.
