Er...does concert band at school count?
I play bass clarinet, haha. I'm not very good at MAKING music...I'm a dancer, so all I do is listen and match movement to sound.

I will be investing in an Epiphone Les Paul, because I need to learn guitar badly. According to JC, chicks dig guys who can play!

True indeed, I have always wanted to learn how to dj myself. The dj is always the one that gets play from the girls. I want a guitar, because I am tired of playing the air guitar.

I've played trumpet since sixth grade, and I'm in a jazz ensemble. There could not be a bigger dichotomy between that and my violent personality, but I'm enthralled by jazz.

I was going to get a Gibson Les Paul, but I saw that Nick Valensi played the Epiphone, and decided to go with that.

Actually, I am way more intrigued by guys who play anything but guitar. This is mainly because I am a geek, I admit. Still, too many guys like to think they can play guitar when they're nothing special. Other instruments are more individual.

The only instrument that I can play correctly would probably be the guitar. I'm currently working on playing the piano and electric guitar, and possibly in the future I'm going to work on playing the drums. :). A few years ago, I tried to learn how to play the violin since most of my family members only know how to play that. I'm seriously considering on playing the drums though.

I agree...I don't find the guitar attractive at all, actually. Every guy seems to want to play it or can play it. I guess that's a personal preference.

i wouldn't trade in my Epiphone...ever. just because it's been with me through the long journey of learning. laugh.gif
but like i said, a nice Les Paul wouldn't harm.
i found this pretty picture of a guitar a while back. and then yesterday i found it again and figured out what it is. not very good quality but i think it's the freakin sexiest thing ever. it's a Cort CL200.

seriously, how does that not make you shiver? :]

[edit]
eh, ok, i must admit i don't like all guys who can play the guitar. it's definitely too popular. but i know one of the best. anybody who can copy hendrix down to the milli-part (that means copy exactly...) deserves to be known...unfortunately he's not.

I play the guitar. Do vocals count as an instrument? Probably not.

i like guys who can play guitar well. i like most of the classical guitarists i know :) just knowing your chords isn't enough; if that's all you know, you don't play guitar... and as more than a friend, you have to be amazing at music and know about it. playing *well* isn't enough.

lol anywaywyaysz
piano, cello, guitar, kind of but not really organ.
and i sing :)

technically, the voice is not an instrument.

the voice is not an instrument!

the four different kinds of instrument fall in these categories: percussion, woodwind, string, and brass.

the voice doesn't fit in any of them, therefore it is not an instrument.
