I've disected a frog and a crayfish. In fourth grade, I disected an owl pellet.

I've never disected anything. Then again, when I had Life Science my teacher was so clueless that he probably wouldn't have been able to tell us what to do.

Don't you disect a real human body (that's dead of course) if you take some sort of Medical course?
Because that's just freaky.  Not to mention the smell and the bodily liquids squirting out at you. I don't know how it feels like but I can just think that it's gross. |

In 7th grade, we dissected the following: worms, grasshoppers, crayfish, and frogs.
In 3rd grade, we dissected an owl pellet, too. XD Yuck. It made me sad.. I cried each time.   But, I didn't want to take a zero for my grade, so I did it like I was told to.. I regret it to this day..

Oh, plenty.
Fetal pigs in grade 5, 6 and 7. A frog in grade 6. Cow's eye in grade 8, sheep's heart in grade 9. Nothing this year but I'm assuming there will be some dissecting and what not in Bio 11. |
