I go to an uptight catholic prep school. This is the school's first year. It has 5 bullet holes in the front of the building.

The last one I had that was a threat or a lock down was probably back in middle school. There's this teacher who hit a student, and the student's uncle came to the school disguised and brought a gun. He came into the school building when there were only a few teachers and he stole a few things (such as a laptop and money from teachers, I think) and the SWAT team came and we all had to evacuate the building, then we had to go home. Oh, and there was also another one where we had a lock down because a student said that there were gunshots heard near the neighborhood of our school.

i remember one bomb threat two years ago. and i left early. it wasn't anything serious though because everyone knew it was fake. lol.
we get a lot of gun threats though.
plenty of lockdowns.
and there's those days where we walk about and there's like six police cars in front, lol.

We had a lock down during 4th period and started code blue last friday (the last day before spring break starts) and it was 1:00PM dismissal. It turns out we had code blue and a bunch of cops came by. Each building was dismissed separately instead of all classes to leave. But we got to get out 1 hour earlier. xD

No but in middle school (Silver Lakes Middle) there was a gang "war" that broke out during lunch. They had to close down the school and had to go home really late =\ The next day we had the day off because of all the investigation on the school premises.

Nope. I've always went to low-population schools. As in less than or around 300. Plus, they had some hecka strict behavior policy or w/e. shrug.gif

My highschool received 2 bomb threats and one of the high schools we were playing threatened our marching band & our band director told us about the call, contacted their director, and advised us not to make eye contact with anyone at the other school & to be aware of our surroundings & just be safe & stay under the "umbrella of protection" as he called it...the only serious incident that actually happened was a fire that was started in the theatre but it was controlled & didn't harm anyone, but it was televised & a fight broke out while the news broadcasts were occuring so it looked bad...

We're on our second bomb threat within a week. First some on-campus fraternity sponsored party, now a dining hall??!?

Yea, I heard; I'm so glad I didn't drive up there for the pajama party...I'd rather go to UGA parties during football season anyway...it's sooo much fun

Haha, I hadn't actually heard about the pajama party until I read it was canceled in the paper today. I don't really understand what it was...but there's no way I would pay $10 or $20 for it. All I heard about this weekend was Shipwreck, which was apparently a big deal from the Jews.

Football season parties are fun if you're into that/really drunk. I meant to make a topic about frat parties when I bumped that fraternity/sorority one (because I then realized I was late for English).

Yea it was supposed to be a PJ party so a lot of people from other schools were planning to go up there as well; I'm just glad I decided against it...Yea I know; I used to visit a lot when I was 15 & I could just go into the bar & they'd make drinks & not I.D.; that's what we did at one of the FBLA conventions; we left & got drinks...I'm no alchi at all; football season is just usually when there's a lot of hype going on; I'm not into all of the binge drinking or anything...The frat party topic would be a good one...
