I'd make them register using my referral form.

My sister joined a long time ago but never stayed. She thinks it's a waste of time (rolleyes.gif) but I'm pretty sure she would type like a newb.

As for my parents, yea, I'd change my username.

Oh jesus christ, I would flip if even anyone I knew IRL joined CB. I don't think I could handle it.

Brandon once made an account here a long time ago. I found out (pretty much immediately) and sent him a message telling him never to login again. I felt bad about it afterwards, because he was just trying to be friendly, but I dunno, for some reason I freaked out when he tried to join.

Someone a few years ago complimented me on a layout I made here. That freaked me out rather a lot. Another time a friend had googled something and come across one of my posts, which made me really uncomfortable. A few people from my school posted some, some of whom I knew. That was pretty weird to me. The ones I didn't know offline, like Julia, felt a little odd, but not quite as much.

I told James to join, more or less, but that was different because our offline interaction is so limited.

I like to keep my online "life" and my real life sufficiently separate. I end up agonizing over whether to add friends on last.fm because I post there, and it would freak me out if I knew what I was being read by people I really know.

Eh, some of my friends saw an old layout I submitted a few years ago and it had my face on the screenshot and they were like "OMG YOU'RE FAMOUS!11111" mellow.gif Yeah, I know a lot of people who get their layouts from here.

There are also a few people from my school registered here. I've found about 3 and there was some other girl who was the daughter of this teacher I had. It kinda creeps me out.

Siblings are fine, parents are not.

I'd get a new username, and member bash at an INTENSE level.

I don't really want any of my siblings or parents on here. I'd have to hide myself as much as possible.

Cancel everything. Erase all history as if I never knew what CB was. I am not going through the hassle of explaining everything I have ever posted. That is awkward.

Oh dear god, I don't want to think about that happening ever...there's too much on here they don't know about! Haha, but yeah and they are also intensely paranoid that if I talk to ANYONE over the internet, they'll come find me and track me down with my picture and attack/rape/kill me. _dry.gif

hahaha mine, too! D:

My dad would probably get a long with the technological people / debate people. And my mom... the story-tellers. o_o (If we have any)

My dad wouldn't know shit he was doing lol. And my mom would crap herself if she went through the scripts section, and probably submit crap she didn't code.

Dude I would probably freak out laugh.gif But the chances are very slim, my mum is completely anti-internet and revealing absolutely anything, even first name mellow.gif Dad's cool with it, doubt he'd consider joining a forum though, thank goodness. Siblings, well, none hah. A few of my RL friends are on here but not very active. D;

My younger brother, 16, would do hit and runs. Very smart but also very insensitive. More so than myself. For instance, in the WoW forums, he made a post called "I hate nigs" and talked about how much he hated "nigs". Granted he's nothing like this in real life, he just likes getting a reaction out of people online, too.

My youngest would probably be friendly to most everyone, and spend time trying to become popular. Also, he's fat (irrelevant but just thought y'all should know).

My dad would probably enjoy the debate section, and would spend time arguing with people like Nate in civilized manners, while my mom would spend time in the technology forum trying to learn things (she's technologically illiterate). They would both spend time in the News section or in political threads as they've very opinionated (not in a bad way) and both very conservative.
