How do I make an layout? I dont understand all the codes and i don't really understand this website. help?

There is a problem.

You're not being specific. What kind of layout, exactly, are looking into understanding? Myspace? Website? And there is no need to understand all the codes at once, because no one has such supergenius. One step at a time, start with basics.

Take a look at the following:

Making a DIV Layout

Once you open these topics you will suddenly know everything there is to know about coding and designing layouts. You will never have to ask questions again and you shall scoff at those inferior intellects that cannot grasp such basics as DIV classes.

I jest. This is only the beginning. There is no quick fix to learning coding - many of us here have been designers for several years and many of us are still learning.
