i looked online, and i came up with:

http://www.lilaclane.com/relationships/emotional-abuse/

http://www.heartless-bitches.com/rants/man...nal_abuse.shtml

i don't know your situation, so i can't give you a solid answer.

It really depends on the situation and the person looking at it. But, if you feel emotionally or mentally abused, it's likely that you are, at least in your perspective. What exactly is going on?

im not sure what your asking but...usually the signs come after the abuse

When i was in primary school, ppl often messed with my emotions and tryed to put me down, mentally too (i wasn't the sharpest kid). i didn't usually respond and instead just let them say or do watever they wanted, but at home i cried, all the time. and i believed everything they said.
now i realize they were wrong and they were just taking pressure off of themselves (2 turned out to be gay and the other 4 had abusive parents), but it took me over 5 years to realize that and it still hurts.
i worry about what i look like all the time and constantly watch what i do or say (often saying nothing). im getting better...very slowly.
But back to you...

DONT let anyone get the better of you...stick up for yourself and what you believe in. What you dont do now hurts more later than what you do do now.

Hope all that helped
