the wushu i did was always more performance than anything. it was definitely more enjoyable than shaolin though... but i only did northern shaolin. i don't know anything at all about southern.

:the speed of Shaolin is incredible. But the violence involved in Shaolin is quick and decisive. Muy Thai is just brutal. I've never gotten my ass beat that bad until I tried it.

i think we need a giant cb match. i have a friend who is hardcore into muay thai, as in he's sponsored by companies, has personal trainers, rents out warehouses at night... and his hospital visits + injuries > my kf school's hospital visits and injuries, lol. there was a whole week that he had morphine shots every morning; it was great.
