I get yelled at for saying 'sucks' and 'crap'. So I'm forced to stick with 'Good Gravy Train!'. That's my preffered exclamation. But I don't get why certain words are tabooed. They're just words, and originally meant something completely different than what they mean now.

I had a teacher who would yell at us for saying those things. I don't quite understand what exactly I'm supposed to say if I can't even use euphemisms because "they mean the same thing." Yes. Yes they do. So why euphemise my euphemisms? It doesn't change anything.

Going home is really f**king hard now because I have to censor myself; I love that college does not make me.

Soon, pornography won't have an age requirement.

If a 14 year old Japanese girl can get turned out at a whorehouse, I'm sure, eventually, sex will come full circle and be a commonplace thing once again.

it's 'cause people have different opinions on what's "appropriate". i curse all the damn time online and sometimes offline, but never at home. cursing is forbidden at home. and i actually like it that way. i wouldn't want to come home to all that negativity. leave all that bullshit for the assholes in the world ;X

as long as you have people that care about what people are seeing and hearing, which will be always, i think porn will always have an age requirement.

as for words, i don't think they should be censored because they're just words, and in the end, who looks stupid for using them?

I really don't have a problem with saying "c**t". I think women should reclaim the word from those that think it's such a disgusting profanity.

In agreement. I could have added a QFT, but I try to take it easy on the acronyms.

I curse A LOT. I also know when not to curse. It's not like I go somewhere formal and say shit and f**k and ass. Honestly, it's just cacophony, and as long as no one is using it in a degrading manner, I have no problem with it.

I curse on occasion, but it's light stuff like "damn" or "hell." It's amazing how foul some people can get though. I'd be at the mall or something and overhear someone whose sentences contain a curse word every other word.

FTR, I really hate how some comedians curse waay too much. And especially when it's on Comedy Central or something, all you hear is this barrage of censorship beeps.

Yeah, it's crazy how as the years go by the level of what is acceptable in society goes down. My french teacher yelled at my friend once for saying screwed.
