Two convicts are locked in a cell.
There is an unbarred window high up in the cell. No matter if they stand on the bed or one on top of the other they can't reach the window to escape. They then decide to tunnel out. However, they give up with the tunnelling because it will take too long. Finally one of the convicts figures out how to escape from the cell. What is his plan? |

They get all the dirt from trying to tunnel. Then stick it ontop of the bed. Then one of them stands on the bed with the other on standing on his shoulders.
This is one of the riddles that I'm going to feel really stupid about once I hear the answer. |

^actually, you`re right. but instead of standing on the bed, they pile up the dirt from when they dig the tunnel and climb to the top.
