Atleast she takes care of all the important stuff.
Posts, etc, is somewhat minor in my opinion to have to worry about. Admins worry about other things. That`s why other staff members are there. ALLLL IN MY OPINION. Don`t kill me now, people. |

I really don't have a good excuse except for looking for a job that will not tell me im over qualified or try to f**king pay me 7.50 as a sous chef with a B.A degree in Food service and Hospitality. Its tough shiz.But ill kick it back up. |

But what's the hold up though? Why not just step down? Isn't the choice for new admin an obvious choice? I'm sure Trish can hold the admin position solo for 2-3 weeks if that's how long it takes to find a new admin. |

because I talked to Jusun about it all and well we agreed that I would stay as a admin til' the end of the month. I guess so I could think about it possibly before just stepping down, and well if I do there will be another person promoted up. Even if the decision may seem obvious to you, its not at all.

...we're choosing the admin at the end of the month. we don't really have anyone in "mind" right now. it's between kara and dee at this point. toya doesnt want to be admin (hopefully i can change her mind) and jc is on a break.
