I drew this for a GAYGAYGAYGAYGAYGAY rodeo contest in about three days. (It's a picture of Steven)

It's in regular ball-point pen (Pentel R.S.V.P. Fine Point, to be exact)

Measures 12 x 16 in.

It looks like the perspective on his face is slightly off and the bottom parts of his jeans look a bit stiff, like maybe there should be some folding or something, but otherwise, very, very nice. His shoes and the tree are the best parts.

If you could do that with a ballpoint pen, thats amazing. The only thing that was a little sketchy to me was his jacket. pinch.gif It looks a little too drawn in.

I like that you concentrated on the lighting/shading. Looks good to me, but I have no idea what he actually looks like.

i can't believe you can do this with a ball-point pen.

Did you have him pose for you, or you just draw this at the top of your head?

It was drawn from a photo, haha. I think I could have done MUCH better, but I took the photo on Wednesday and had to have it in for a contest by Friday. X_X

From best to worst: Blue, red, yellow

D: I SUCK AT LIFE!

Actually, my art teacher hates this contest b/c the judges don't anything about art, and they're also very weird with their judging. *shrug* I'm not too mad about it ^_^

Very nice! I'm actually impressed that you managed to include so many small details in such a short amount of time.

Michelle, I was always jealous of your artistic ability, but then again, isn't everybody? throb.gif

Have you tried dip pen? They're amazing! They make really nice, smooth lines that don't smudge, unless you like smudging.
