i am an idiot so spare me the insults(div help), help with finding friend id in the coding Options

ok so i know where to find a friend id and what not.. what i dont know is how to put my friend id into my div coding (xxxxxx) i have looked and looked in the code to find where to put it but cant.. am i looking the wrong place?

<br>Made for people like me who want a minimal, simple myspace layout. I know it hasn't got much on it, but I like the way the drop-down menu's work (well, actually, I based this layout over those drop-down menu's!) and I like the fact you can put <b>whatever you want</b> in the 'whatever' section. =]] I'm using this layout right now for my own myspace (myspace.com/lucifer25) and for the 'whatever' section, I've just placed a perfectly-sized picture. (A Supernatural DVD cover. Haha!)
<br><u>The Drop-Down Menu's.</u>
<br>Okay, I don't think I've <i>ever</i> had drop-down menu's on a profile of mine, but this layout is specifically for them.
<br><b>RULES/INSTRUCTIONS:</b>
<br>1 - Edit what I've put in them to your own stuff - which corresponds to the section in it's in. So if it were the 'music' section, I'd put in a band's name. If it were the 'television' section, I'd put in a TV programme. Yeahh!?
<br>2 - If you want to <b>add more drop-down's</b> place < option > TEXTHERE </ option > <i>(without the spaces!)</i> and voila.
<br>3 - <big>Do not</big> get rid of any of the code before the < option >'s, or else I don't think the drop-down's will work.
