This is just getting childish. Some people agree with the decision, some people don't. There's no reason to call people retarded, bitchy, etc. That has nothing to do with moderator performance. Say what you want in your profiles, makes whatever comments you wish to make. It is not for us to determine what you can and cannot say to each other.

Ok, my two-cents on the issue, as someone who is admittedly completely uninformed, and is basing his comments purely on the issue as a mods/members dispute:

Everyone, mods and members alike, needs to accept that there will be discrepancies in what they are told, whatever 'side' of the argument they are on.

Therefore, with the information being publically known being questionable, it will HAVE to fall to staff to make there decision, based on what they know, and if people think they have 'exclusive' information, they should either confide in a mod before the final decision has beeen made, or accept that their info will not be taken into acount.

This is coming from someone who has repeatedly lied and told the truth about his part in cb conflicts, while both on and off staff, in a variety of cituations, both personal, and ones which I was not directly connected with. You win some, and you lose some, and you have to roll with the punches, and work out what is best for you. If you want to defend your friend above all other things, that is worthy of appluase. Likewise, if you want to defned your coworkers' decisions here on cb. WE. DEAL. WITH. IT.

Depends on the extent of member bashing I guess.

If its harrassing or really bad then yeah we get involved as people staff and up have moderation powers (somewhat ie:Deleting bad comments) there.
