i need help positioning one of my links Options

my blog link doesn't seem to want to go where i want it to. i want it positioned at the end of the row of links at the top of the div. under my "mel" div, i put everything where it should be and yet it won't go into position. i dont know if it's my coding or something but it doesn't seem to be. could someone help me and let me know what it is that i'm missing?
