I think that xKatie and thememoriesmyriad are sounding so damn bias because they're only sticking up for Mike because he's their friends. No need to fight over Mike being demoted. He knew someone was going to find out that he used their graphics. And besides, there is already a better designer (in my opinion) replacing him in the time being.

that reminds me; not that it's anyone elses business but thememoriesmyriad PMed me and apologized for making that post before knowing all the details of Mike's situation. Obviously you guys only know his side of the story, and out of respect for mike we're holding off on telling everyone else the REAL story until we actually get everything figured out. There are A LOT of inconsistencies with Mike's story.
So Katie, before you get on anyone's case for not knowing what happened, maybe you should wait for all the details too. |

I understand. The fact is (Now im not taking sides im being an outsider seeing as im just a people staffer) He as a Design Staffer used stolen graphics and never gave the credit to the original designer. His Demotion is as of right now TEMPORARY.At the discretion of the upper staff his case will be reviewed in a months time and he may be reinstated. Sometimes its just best to let time go by and like the fire die down a bit instead of dwelling of whats been done. |

he just posted them up not even thinking about it do you know how many layouts are on here with images people didn't make I bet you over 1,000 it doesn't make it right but still it would have been worse if he had gone to someones site and stolen them.
also he apologized to everyone so it's not like he didn't take responsibility for it |

Yeah and I'd like to add that I wasn't the only person that suggested Mike should be demoted for this month. To be frank, I don't know why I'm getting dragged into all this bullshit like it's my fault he stole graphics or something.
