I'm pretty sure that's the name of it, it's a Chinese dish, my fav. food of all time. Would anyone happen to have a homestyle recipe for it? Or just a recipe for it period?

Okay, lol, I figured maybe that much.
But IDK what specific noodles to use, Mi Fen is really stringy and thin, like hair. IDK.
Was kinda hoping for an actual recipe. sad.gif

haha I think every family cooks it differently, but I asked my mom the basics

-pork cheek? LOL -> soup for mi fen
-red roots of green onions
-salt, spices etc

What kind of pasta noodles?
I know there's tons of different kinds, but in Mi Fen its really thin, let me talk to your mom lol thumbsup.gif

mm what kind of mi fen are you talking about? the ones that are round, thin, and white? i'm pretty sure you can find them at any chinese/asian grocery store

Noodles like those can't be found at American grocery stores. Look for an Asian market near you. happy.gif

I think u'd be looking for something like Rice Vermicelli at the asian grocery stores. Rice Vermicelli is the translation for Mi Fen.

It all depends on personal preference, u can add whatever veggies & meat u like.

Some ideas of what to do wif dem. how to cook them should be on the packet of the vermicelli too so yer.
