Help! Dont know how to put about me on my div layout

I know how to do the layout and the whole hotspots
but i have no idea what codes to use to put the text box or w.e. is called like for example an about me or w.e. i wanna right about on my layout.I'm so confuse.I'm sorry i cant name this because i dont really know a whole lot about this.I would like to know how to put those boxes or espaces and how to customise it.and how to put it exactly where i want it.cuz i wanted inside of an image.

haha. i'm guessing jessica is asking how to put text inside the image. all you have to do is make a div and then position it like how all the myspace div layout makers do.

yeah thats kinda what i ment.
how do i get the code for those
i called them boxes since some have the scroll bar
is there anyways you guys could provide me with a link of page where i could learn to do that?
