Really really stupid question

im trying to create a graphic thingi, nd since i took it with my camera the pic is huge, ermm...how do i resize it to 100px X 100px [if thats the right size] whistling.gif

never created a graphic thing before >.<

oh im using photoshop btw

On the top toolbar, go to "Edit" and then scroll down to, "Image Size" and readjust. Also, in the case you want to keep the dimensions of your image so it's not all funky and out of focus, there's a chain icon next to click that you can click. So, all you'd have to do is enter in a figure for either width or height, and it will automatically keep your picture's dimensions. You know, in the case that the image doesn't resize well at 100x100, but 100x140.

i did that, but it makes my image like..really small :|

the chain icon make the width appropriate to the hight so blink.gif

soz im really crappy

That's because 100x100 px IS really small. That's the size of my icon under my name.

Depends on how big you want it to be?

To see for yourself, click on File > New > and then insert your desired pixels. 600x600 will be a medium-sized square, 1000x1000 is fairly large. 300x900 will be a rectangle. You make it however big or small you want it.
