I usually spend 2 hours or less a day... depending on how much I'm procrastinating.
For the weekend as a whole... 4 hours. |

I tend to spend more time working on something during the week, rather than the weekend.
Weekdays - Could be anywhere from 6-10 hours, and Weekends - 2-4 hours at the most. |

I love my Photoshop, so I tend to have about 4 hours per weekday and around 6 or 7 for weekends.
Usually nothing ever comes of all this time, but occasionally I make a lucky mistake. |

If I were to give a figure on how many hours I spend having Photoshop running, it would be 1.5 hours. It'd take an hour for Photoshop to start up on my computer, and then I'll spend half an hour utilizing the program.

It's always running. I have a dual-core processor, so the program does little to have open for me. I spend a lot of time cutting the eyes out of my of ex-girlfriends' faces.

uhhh did you forget 3 Hours on the weekend poll?!
It's kind of hard to measure for me. I change a couple pictures here and there. Sometimes I just open the program and try to make something only to find out I'm out of creativity. Or other times I have something specific to make (though that hasn't been happening at all lately). I say 2hours for both slots. |

Oddly enough, I'd say the time I spend on Photoshop is about the same for both weekends and weekdays. Probably around 3-4 hours. I haven't made much of anything for a while though.

I'll spend 7+ hours on a design/layout.
Of course, I'm not sitting on my ass for 7+ hours straight. I have bathroom breaks! :O I usually work better when it's late at night, after I've finished doing all those obligatory daily things. |

It depends if I am working on something important or something that I can take my time on. If it's something important, probably about 4 hours until it's finished (on the weekend) but otherwise I take my time or anything up to about 12 hours.

It really depends. If I need it for school work, I'll spend as much time as I need to, but if it's just playing around with filters and etc, it would probably be 5-30 minutes at most. I only use photoshop if I'm 1) extremely bored (and I mean extremely), 2) I need it for a project, or 3) I'm helping my sister(s) make flyers for their school dances. But for weekdays: 5-25 minutes, and for weekends: probably around 10-45 minutes.

On weekdays I usually get home, do my homework and then I spend the rest of my night on Photoshop and the internet at the same time.
On weekends it depends on my inspiration level and my creative flow. But I can spend hours and hours on it, and if I'm bored I just make icon after icon after icon after icon. I just recently got into making banners and all that. I have to say now that I have PS CS3 Ex. I'm a much happier person, it's like therapy! :D |
