A couple months ago I had some program on my computer that had all the filters that photoshop has (like the poster edges) bit i uninstalled it and cannot remember the name of it. Does anybody have an idea of what it could have been? Filtering pictures is the only thing it did.

I haven't looked through all of those yet but so far I'm not seeing it... I've tried so hard to remember the name of it but for some reason the only thing I can remember is it is odd sounding (meaning its not Filter----- or Picture----) and the icon for it on my desktop was this little red thing, kinda shaped like a bear? and yes it was freeware, its a very simple program. Thanks for your help and I'm sorry I can't come up with more info
