man, i was actually considering posting this. i read it on reuters an hour or so ago, but thought nobody besides me would find this to be crazy.

can't even imagine an 8 foot long scorpion

I read it like yesterday on reddit.com and just saw it on the BBC - decided someone else might like it. I mean, it's f**king huge!

Yeah. When I was younger I was really into cryptozoology - despite the fact I was a dumb little kid, I never believed any of it. I just thought monsters were bad ass. Shit like this makes me want to find monsters.

I was stung once on my back when I was 7.
It hurt like hell, even though it was a baby.


But an eight footer...I woulda been long dead.
