Just wondering.
How much of what alcohol can you drink before your face starts turning red? I get a little pink after more than 8-10 shots/drinks of anything but tequila. Tequila turns me as red as a friggin' tomato after 1-2 shots. |

I turn really pink a little after I start drinking, especially with wine and hard liquor. I also think I'm allergic to alcohol a little. I have trouble breathing and my flush gets incredibly bad the more I drink. Apparently, Asians and whatever lack and enzyme? and it makes alcohol convert faster to a more toxic substance. It builds up and cause the flushing. |

Depends. Some nights I get pretty red, some nights, not at all. *shrug* Hard to tell. I don't usually pay attention to how red I get after a certain amount of drinks...hehe.

1/2 a beer will do it for me, though I get over my hang over faster than anyone else.
Oh, there's an OTC drug that will help reduce a "flushed" appearance after drinking. Forgot what's it called, but I can find out from my pharm friends if anyone really needs to know. |

There's a serum that a gas station near my apartment sells that's for the "morning after." The look of the liquid makes me want to vomit, I can't imagine actually drinking it WITH a hangover. I turn red immediately. |
