This varies from person to person as some girls are more sexually active than most.
But the best age to start? I would say when you're out of high school for many reasons because relationships at a young age get in the way. |

hmm i'd seriously say it differs for everybody. some people are just more mature than others and can handle things better. but everything has consequences...like start having sex and you could get pregnant.
