Because I have been getting people contacting me saying that the myspace music player is no longer visible on my layouts.
It only seems to be happening in Firefox. I've tried all of the codes that people have posted on this website, and none of them work in Firefox. Here's an example (some of the images are messed up, but you can still see that the player is positioned correctly): http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fusea...endid=126837404 look at that page in internet explorer. and then look at it in Firefox: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fusea...endid=126837404 the player has disappeared. This is the code I have in there: CODE <style type="text/css"> td td embed, td td object { position: absolute; top: 785px; left: 405px; } td td td embed, td td td object { position: static !important; } </style> I doubt it's a conflicting code, because I've been through the code, and it's affecting lots of my layouts, not just the boombox one. |

What version of Firefox are you using? (Help > About)
I'm beginning to wonder if that has something to do with it, because Firefox recently released an update. I know for a fact that something has changed, either with myspace, or with Firefox, because the codes that I use to move the music player used to work, but now I'm getting lots of people e-mailing me complaining that the player has disappeared and their music isn't playing anymore. It only happens in Firefox though. I mean, I can tell them to put their music on auto-start to have it play, but it sucks that I can't move the player. ugh myspace. Wow, even autostart doesn't work...the music doesn't play |

I have 2.0.0.9.
I have noticed that my music doesn't play on my other computer, but it does on this one. I can tell you the other version of firefox I have in a few minutes. |

Ok thanks.
Well I figured out how to get the music player hidden and still have it play in both Firefox and IE...I think. I'm now trying to move it. |
