Isn't it sexy? I'm noticing more and more males wearing long coats (going down to the knees) and it looks good.

And if someone says it's cause winter is coming, I WILL KILL J00 WITH MY SWORD THING. I haven't noticed it in the past years. Or maybe I'm living in a bubble too.

I do think it is quite attractive though. wub.gif Well, depending on the guy, of course.

I have seen it too some can pull it off quite nicely I love seeing a new type of fashion emergeing among the masses.

Yet I too wear coats similar to this fashion, so in all if they man is right and his clothes are right then I say it is a perfect match. shifty.gif

Well, dorky guys wearing leathery long jackets look like the unabomber. Or Columbine.

So, no, I don't think they're sexy.

It depends what kind of coat it is. Like karmakiller said ^, it does look creepy if it's long and black and goth-ish. But if it's a nice fitted peacoat, it can be very nice. As long as it's not too long and makes them look shorter. The tailored, put-together look is coming back. thumbsup.gif

i can't really imagine my guy wearing a long coat. i like the way he dresses already. /shrug :)

^ Me neither. Not a lot of guys wear trench coats (like me) where I'm at. Maybe I've seen a couple but not a lot. It's mostly hoodies, sweaters, jackets, etc.

However, I do see a lot of girls wearing trench coats and they look nice. It looks very sophisticated on them, like my friend who got her new bright red trench coat, it looks really good on her.

I know a few people at my school who does.

One looks awesome with it. It just fits his style. :D Or maybe because I like him.
Rofl, idk, but the other guy just.. bleh with it.

And then some other people I see look ew in it. Haha. I think it depends on their body type. >_> Like how tall they are and how chubby they are 'cause one of the guys who wore it was tall and.. "big" and it kinda just didn't fit him >_<

Yeah, that's just creepy. There was this kid at school last year who was skinny and odd and he wore a really long black leather trench coat like that. It scared me. sad.gif

Well, it definitely depends on the guy. Those gothic guys pull it off real well. This isn't new over here, if anything, it's getting out of mode. shrug.gif

it depends on the type of coat, and the orginal hottness of the guy, of course.

but, as long as he doesnt look matrix-like im sure it could work.

Absolutely, it reminds me of The Matrix too - I like to see it. If the guy is tall and dark it's fine. Shorties with spikey blonde hair don't quite pull it off...

I love my Cashmere Trench, there is nothing Matrix or "Columbine" about it. Long Coats are in this year for men, and its about time, and sort of my point...nerds who shoot up schools give Long Coats a bad name.

Depends on their height.. I prefer guys in short peacoats. To me it exudes a classy, quietly confident demeanor.

Haha, looks like it depends on a lot of things but in general, I think peacoats or trenchcoats tend to look really good on someone who's even decent-looking.
